im trying to do the cdc winshield wiper nozzle relocation kit, and i cant get the plastic cowl out where the wipers are. i need help.

 

There are a couple of plastic screw you have to take out, otherwise it just "snaps" in place and you just have to tug at it.

Getting the wipers off was a bitch for me. Good luck! I used a hammer and lots of prying softly. There has to be a trick but i didnt figure it out!

 

i used a lot of pb blaster to get them off...i was tugging at the cowl but it doesnt want to come off, i guess ill just have to try some more...does the hold the nozzles on good and are there any tips i should know for the rest of install.
