I recently got into an accident and jacked up the front end of my sixxer, instead of replacing the front with the same v6 facia etc.. i wanted to go for a GT500 front conversion. Now i realize this requires many parts including the lights (which are also damaged) and i saw the GT500 front conversion kit at CJ Pony Parts but i was wondering if there was any place i could find it cheaper, because right now I'm looking at $2400 for the kit+hood without paint or shipping...
Any help would be appreciated, especially from those that have already done this, thanks.

I paid 1300 for the front at the dealership. Cost price not retail. Hood I got from Trufiber and with paint and install was around 3k

So check with the dealership also

call Kevin Casey @ Clevenger Ford. His number is 559.784.6000. He sells a complete kit (including all the hardware) that takes all the guess work out of it. This is where me and a few others on here got ours GT500 front end conversion kits from.

Those ricers can't tell the difference between V6's, GT's and GT500's. They race a V6, barely beat it, then go bragging saying they beat a Mustang GT. As long as you know they can't beat you then that's all that matters :P

Thanx guys, my bro-in-law works at the dealership so ill have him ask there, and if not ill give that Kevin guy a call. And lol at the 5 CLs on a GT500, i wanna get some 4.0 badges or something cuz I'm not trying to fake anyone out just make my car look slick. About imports don't worry, a few hours before she got injured my sixxer took out an Eclipse (3.0) so i figure she had a decent retiring night.

You've got a Supercharged and geared GT. He has a stock V6. I just feel like you need to have a money under the hood to justify a GT500 front end. To each his own thats just my opinion.

I understand exactly where your coming from, but i don't pay for my parts my parents do, the only reason im getting the gt500 front end is because: A.I need a replacement B.Its something ive wanted to do because it looks sweet C.it dosent make sence to get the same drab v6 front end...

Don't think for a second that id RATHER have a new front end than a X-Charger or powerhouse turbo or something, but its just too hard to convince my parents to lay down 4+ grand on something that will make it easier to kill myself

Of course if it bothers you that much i wouldn't mind you donating to the cause, just get me an X-charger and a GT 8.8 rear end, that should be enough justification for the front
