I'd go with the spoiler for the same reason others here have stated. A friend of mine has really nice 69 Mach 1 with the spoiler. It looks awesome. I like it on the 05 also because in many way it is similar to a 69.

No spoiler, the bullit look is awesome. Very nice and clean lines that are not interupted with the spoiler. Just my 2 cents.
