Remove headlight unit
They probably mean the little black clips that hold this piece on to the car. The hardest bolts to get off are the ones underneath the splash guard in the wheel wells, I found it easiest to use a long extension to get those out. I took my bumper off twice, it wasn't too bad, but getting the new painted one on was a pain.
Edit: I should clarify that by "this piece" I mean the plastic that the stainless is sitting on.

That would be so helpful of you, Also if you really feel like drawing. Draw what all screws i need to take out. I mean the diagram before given to me works but wished it explained more of the locations. Thanks!
Ok I hope this helps:

The small circle rests in/on the bigger one, and there is a slot where you stick something in there to pop the smaller circle up, then the whole plastic pin assembly should just slide right out.
Edit: All the screws are visible except for the few that are in either wheel well behind the splash guard. There should be 4-6 tiny screws underneath holding the bottom radiator guard on, and 3-4 screws holding the splash guard to the front bumper on either side. The other hard to get screws are right near the corner lights in the front bumper.

It shouldn't take too long to do, took me 40 minutes with my brother the first time, then 20 every other time. The screws on the bottom are just regular screws, but they just use a really small socket, 5.5 mm IIRC. Just remember to unplug all your lights before you try to pull the bumper off, and plug them in again before it is all back together haha.
No problem! It is not too difficult at all, if you are a little mechanically inclined it is easy to figure out. The splash guards are the hardest part, the are stiff and tough to move away so you can access the two bolts in the first picture that thebigdude posted.
