No they don't will have to take it to a body shop to finish the prep and fit work along with getting it painted.

Thats odd I have the gts-2 and it came with the trays.

It varies a lot depending on the type of hood and the condition it is received in and how much prep work it requires. I know it's a broad range but I would say anywhere from $700 to $1200 depending on the shop and the work that is required.
