Default Stock clutch adjustment???

I was wondering if there is anyway to adjust it to make it easier to push the pedal down in my 05 v6 it is extremely hard to push in compared to my friends v6 and gt that I test drove and it's harder to go into gears than theirs any help

No adjustment as far as I know. You may be due for a clutch replacement, considering yours is an 05. How many miles?
The clutch is a hydraulic unit on my GT, no adjusting.
You may also have a master cylinder or slave cylinder going bad, which could cause increased pedal pressure.
The 'harder to get into gear' kinda makes me think you're needing a new clutch though.

Try bleeding the clutch.
Park uphill at the greatest angle available.
Depress and release the clutch SLOWLY
4-5 times. Clutch is now correctly adjusted.
