Since they bolt right up to the factory cats, I dont see why they wouldnt pass. When I changed to the BBK's, the O2 sensor on the drivers side was ruined when taking it out. Cross threaded at the factory. I installed got a new Bosch sensor. Light came on only a few days later. Changed it again, same thing. Went to a Ford sensor and havent had a problem since. I dont live in a state with emissions testing, but that was the only problem I had. Far as I'm concerned, going to shorties is similiar to a cat back. And all the sensors remain in factory locations.
