DON'T DO IT!!! They might not be stainless, the welds look poor and the stock manifolds probably flow just as well or better...

Header installs aren't that cheap so you don't want to be doing this a second time... In the grand scheme of things (IN$TALL + parts) 2 hundred dollars isnt a big difference.

Just my 2cents but I wouldn't do it.

Those look just like the BBK shorties.

I think you should just get the JBA tuned shorties and be done with it. The JBAs seem to show the most gains for shorties (which is quite good low and mid range) and are made with excellent quality.

I have a feeling those headers you're looking at, while made of stainless steel, are probably very thin.

they probably are thin, but being stainless they really shouldn't rot or anything.

to the comment about install $$, im almost offended you would think i would pay to have someone work on my car. i'll do it myself thank ya very much

btw what kinda gains are people seeing with the BBK's? about 10hp like these claim?

"you get what you pay for" isnt always true, there was a point where i threw a "el cheapo" CAI (copy of the k&n typhoon) on the car and the build quality along with the fit/finish was great. it was polished aluminum with nice welds and was about 1/3 the price of the k&n. i dont expect these to perform the BEST, but if they fit and offer an improvement over stock (which by their design they should) it seems like 85 bucks + shipping well spent.

I'm sure somebody has already has bought these headers. If you're dead set on buying them why not go to the sellers feedback ratings and contact someone who's already bought them. See what they can tell you about them.

I thought about getting shorties just for looks. Everything in my bay looks nice and clean, except for you guessed it.
These would actually suit me, but not spending no more money on the car!!!!!!!!

for now..........

I think there was a few guys in the V6 section that bought some off of eBay. Don't know if they've ran into any problems LOL
