I thought it was a tad higher but they can be yellow from the factory so that maybe right. I have the silverstars in both my DD and the stang for now. Drastic improvement from stock and definitely whiter but as others stated the 4300K they offer is still a little yellow compared to the 5000K from Retro
do you mean just bulbs or hid's? if you are just wanting 5000K bulbs for your driving lights, that's what i had in the pic i posted. here are what i have: http://nokyausa.com/cw/cw8026.html
for those that may still be interested in the PIAA bulbs.
The first photo is the headlights, fogs, and the PIAA's with 85W bulbs.
The second is just the headlights and fogs......notice the yellow.
Third is the PIAA's only......notice the white.
Only problem I see is the wattage. 85 watt bulbs shouldn't be used in housings made to handle 55 watt bulbs.
EDIT: BTW, the headlights and fogs have the Silvania "cool blue" bulbs, even though they dont look it.

I bought some bulb upgrades a year or so ago, and after having to replace my foglights I'm really curious if I'm the only one that runs with my fogs at night? Is no one else having problems with them melting the housing?
i run my fogs at night
i think of them as driving lights
