I can't speak on the Bullitt CAI. Never saw one. But the bulk of the CAI's (Steeda, C&L, JLT) are equivalent in performance. The C&L Racer won't help any over the others unless you're aspirated or heavily modded internaly.
+1. I agree.

Ohh and Brenspeed. Check the #'s I got and the mods I got it's all in the tune PLUS my car is more prone to spark knock then the average car., Brenspeed had to de-tune my car to run right

Get with Justin at VMP; since he's local and can dyno-tune your car, you'll get a tune that is more accurate. Plus support you local tuner!

i agree with the rest of the guys on here. support your local tuner. plus you got a really good one in justin at vmp. esp if you plan on a dyno tune. but as others have stated start with vmp, bc he is local, and if you get another itch and want to try another email tune, go with brenspeed or bama. you really cant go wrong with any one of the three. good luck with your decision. and btw i have the c&l racer and love it. with no plans on going FI anytime soon.

I tend to agree if you have someone reputable that is local then that makes more sense. I've let Brenspeed do all my work on my car and highly recommend them to anyone. I've had zero problems with everything they've done with my car. I also drive 8 hrs. one way to let them work on my car, I started with them 2 1/2 years ago because there wasn't anyone I had confidence in around here. Brenspeed was one of the best finds I've ever made. You know what I say about life is if you have a good wife, good job, good health, and good mechanic, life is pretty damn good. It does seem we are starting to get more and more people throughout the country with good reps. It seems we have the East Coast, Midwest, South, and West Coast covered with some really good people. Think how much further were ahead of the newbies coming out for Dodge and Chevy. Oh wait a minute are we allowed to say Chevy on here? I know it's not a four letter word but it is close.
