VMP or Brenspeed
Ok before you go, "not another one of these" just hear me out.
Ok, I'm getting a good amount back on my taxes and I wanna finally get my CAI and tuner. But my question is. Should I go will Brenspeed because of their highly recommended name OR should I go with VMP because they are 5-10 minutes from my house, which makes them local. I really don't know which I should go with. I know I'm gonna get those "you can't go wrong either way" people. But should I stay local or get the more recommended name.
Also might as well ask this too. Should I get the JLT or the Bullitt intake.

Brenspeed is a very good company and VMP is right there with them. I'd go with whoever is local since they are that close performance wise. VMP recently dyno'd my car and I made 299.64RWHP and 313.68RWTQ with Steeda CAI, O/R H, Flowmasters, and a Brenspeed 93 octane tune. VMP was the one that told me I could richen my tune a little bit and making a couple more HP. Imo, go with who ever is local since they are both great companies.

Both great companies, but I always say support your local tuners and speed shops.
If you ever need any work done, I would highly recommend Real Street Performance, they are in winter springs right near you. They've done all the work to my car and a few other members on here. The owner really knows his stuff and is a very straight guy, something really hard to find in a good mechanic.

Go w/ VMP b/c they are local and they are a solid company.
The tuner matters a lot more then the CAI you get, go w/ the JLT b/c it is cheaper and honestly I think is better b/c it has a nice smooth path for the air to flow unlike the Bullit that has similar kinks and bends to OEM.

Thanks for the input guys. I'm gonna go with VMP.
Also I was looking at there website. Do they carry the JLT. I didn't see it on there. All I saw was the C&L Racer. Is that a good one. I know the Street is awesome. They also had the Steeda w/elbow. Out of those 2 which is better.

If I were you, I'd go VMP and if you feel the need you can switch to Brenspeed tunes.
I can't speak on the Bullitt CAI. Never saw one. But the bulk of the CAI's (Steeda, C&L, JLT) are equivalent in performance. The C&L Racer won't help any over the others unless you're aspirated or heavily modded internaly.
