Cool Quick Boom Tube Question.... =)

As you all know I have been looking for something to awaken my Stingers and make them meaner and more aggressive they are def deep enough but I feel like people don't really hear me coming.... I have been looking into getting a Pypes O/R H Pipe alot lately or the MRT Catted H since I am in Cali and if i do have to change something for a fix it ticket I don't want to spend a whole day under the car. I honestly had never listened to a Boom Tube video until a couple weeks after getting the Borla's because I felt that in Los Angeles, California I would already be pushing the envelope with them but I have had no issues at all with them and law enforcement so I guess I am looking to push the envelope a bit further. So I basically want to know the differences between the two a specific Compare & Contrast on Borla Stinger Axle-Backs to Boom Tube Axle-Backs...... would help me out alot with what I am really looking at. Thanks in Advance!

IMO boom tubes alone aren't loud enough to make me happy. I look forward to the day the car is paid off and I have some Kooks plus high flow catted H on the way. That will wake it up nicely.

My advice is to move to a free state and get out of the PRK while you are still young.

I've got a sister, two cousins, a nephew, an aunt, and an uncle in the bay area.

No way would I ever move back unless someone GAVE me a house. And even then I'd be tempted to sell it and stay somewhere else instead.

I seriously doubt the Boomtubes are going to be much louder than the Stingers. Maybe incrementally. They might drone slightly less.

Thats weird the way people talk about Boom Tubes and the way people talk about Stingers makes them seem 100% different lol.... I need to hear them in person badly...

You can hear a sound clip of my boomtubes in my sig. I'm also running an off road prochamber so you'll get an idea of how loud they are when/if you go off road. I also have resonators which lowered the decibels 1 or 2 points. I got pulled over once by a motorcycle cop for "show of speed" and he let me off with a warning and didn't say anything about my exhaust. I wonder if he noticed the smell from my O/R pipes.

If I was gonna go O/R I would keep the stingers the point of getting boom tubes would be to increase the sound without haveing to go O/R basically to make it easier when inspection time rolls around.

i dont think the BT's alone will be that much louder than the stingers. the o/r midpipe will make more of a difference in loudness.
