If you get wheels set aside money for some springs. New wheels on stock ride height is a sore sight (IMO).

Once you get the wheels sell your polished 18's with tires (can get some $ for those) and then get the CAI/Tuner with the $ from the wheels. You may need to pony up a little to get the CAI and Tuner but this way you get looks and some performance.

After just having shorty headers installed, I have to say get BBK shorty headers. It will give your car more power and a VERY NICE exhaust note.
