Everything I see on the internet says there are tweeters too...?

Anyone know where they are at, because I can't hear them. :/

Fords OEM speaker are components. Example you have three speakers in the door on a Shaker 500. The sub and then a mid and tweeter mounted on a 6x8 plate.

bingo. depending on how you look at it, the mid and tweeter can be counted as one or two speakers.

and i believe 6x9's will fit. i havent tried it, but another member, i believe it was onf1r, said they do fit. i will be trying this soon. but dont run the 300 watt speakers you mentioned unless your going to amp them. they will sound like crap. get some lower power versions, like arround 60watts would be good for runnung just the head unit.

no way 6x9s will fit without some cutting.
