I had the whole bumper off. I was installing the GT500 bumper and that's when I finally fixed this issue. You can take just the 3 off and get your hands in there to mess around with it, but taking off the whole liner is not that big of PITA. Depends on how easy you want this job to be.

taking the whole thing off makes the job easier but takes longer to put back toghether
taking out the 3 screws only makes it a bit harder but easier to put back toghether. Up to you..

Hey eddy I just tinted my tails and my rear marker lights with your write up, next is the front corner marker lights you all are talking about. Ok do I use 2000 grit on those? I went under there to look at them and I guess the easiest way is to unscrew those 3 screws and pull my liner away and whats after that? Thanks for the help you guys...

yup. Use the same grit you used on your tails. The finer the grit the easier to shine once wetsanded.. 2000 grit is good for those too.

The mold they used probably isn't perfect. I'd do what the others have said and fiddle with it. Take the wheel and liner off and it will be a lot less of a struggle.

I responded to your PM but just to add to it. "no I don't have any gap issues with mine". They pretty much fit just like factory ones but just have a little bit of play to them.

i noticed the same thing as you when i installed them

i also noticed because of the interior color, the gap looks much bigger than it is

just fiddle with those 2 rear tabs a bit, and they'll fit great
