Default LCD/touchscreen Stereo

So, I was thinking about putting in a LCD (maybe touch screen) stereo in my stang. Seems to be a, somewhat, painless process but I was curious about what your experiences with brands/types are? If you wouldn't mind posting a pic or two of your set up and the price I'd greatly appreciate it. thanks

hands down best double din stereo is the pioneer avic f90bt!! 2 year warranty, voice activated, traffic updates, ipod hookup (that you can pick songs by voice), sd card slot, gps, xm radio, hd radio, bluetooth, everything! my dad has the top of the line kenwood and he wants mine so bad....plus its alot cheaper. got mine from amazon (an authorized retailer so you keep the warranty) for 650!. and it fits perfect in the stang and looks factory.
