Thoughts from the Chicago Auto Show
#11
I went to the Cleveland auto show Tuesday, saw the GT500, a GT convertible and the 2010 Camaro. I thought the GT500 is absolutly perfect, and the GT looks great also.. The new body lines just make the car look so sleek and sexy, very well done in my opinion. The Camaro left me very unimpressed. It looks like a big fat pig. All of the Camaro's at the show had sunroofs that looked like they came from a Cobalt or Civic. Then under the hood is one big plastic cover that hides the motor... not impressed at all... Mustang definatly has it beat in every aspect!!
The Taurus SHO.. its awesome.. not one thing I didn't like about it.. The Fusion AWD Sport is a very nice car to!! Ford is definatly on the ball!!

All I can say is that Ford took a great looking car and do what they always do..... kill it. Taillights and the back just don't work for me. Also "Grabber Blue"..... You must be joking! That car in that color is just a disgrace to me. Looks like I'll be holding on to my 07 for a long time

One thing I just noticed...... I guess the "Spoiler Delete " option is out for 2010? Is that the trunk lock I see in the spoiler? I'm not sure I even want to see this car when it comes to NYC in April.

Yep, and fwiw, the new official website is up and you can virtually build your 2010 Mustang...with a spoiler delete option (I just did it). Oh, but if you do either the pedestal mount spoiler option or the spoiler delete option, you cannot get the rear view camera option.

It was nice to see the Auto show this year in Detroit that seemed to have the American car companies as the focus and the busiest of them all was Ford and its display...very well thought out and so many great cars including the GT ,GT500 and the MKZ. MKS, MKX, and the new Taurus.....etc!
