Default new bamachips tune

I just got a 91 torque tune from bamachips and must say, i dont really feel a difference between that and my 91 race tune. would a 93 octane race tune be any different??

I always thought that the 91 tunes felt stronger than the 93s. This was both Brenspeed and Bama, and on 2 different cars (1 auto, 1 manual).

I've never tried the 91 torque, I'm happy with my 93 Race.

I prefer my Brenspeed 89 tune over the 93 tune. The 93 tune pulls harder in the upper RPM range compared to the 89 which pulls harder in the lower band. Most of my driving suits the 89 tune.

To me the 91 race has a touchier throttle response than the 91 tq tune. Once I get at a normal speed, I can't tell the difference, but at the strip, the tq tune always gives me better E.Ts.

I prefer my 87 tune over my 93 tune, Brenspeed here as well. My 93 tune just seems to waste more gas with no more power.

For ****s and giggles I might try the 87 per. and 89 tq tunes at the track. On the dyno, the 91 tunes did result in higher hp and tq, but only 5 hp/4tq.

I agree. I didn't really notice a differance between my Bama 87 tune and my 93 torq tune. I might just go back to the 87.

I tried Bama's 87 tune at the 1/8 mile strip and ran a 9.280 at 79.05 (8.944 at 81.9 corrected). The tune feel does feel weaker than the 91 tq tune down low. With the 91 tq tune I ran a best of 8.87 at 80.8 (8.577 at 83.8 corrected).
