Unhappy Passenger Window making a cracking noise

I’ve got an appointment to take my 2006 Mustang GT into the Ford dealer for a cracking noise that’s coming from the passenger window when it gets rolled up. I was wondering if anyone on the forums has had the same problem and know how to fix it themselves. I don't like taking my Mustang to our local dealer because they have a rep for not fixing the problem and or screwing something else up. Please Help!!

My passenger window would make a slight squealing noise because the weatherstrip that sits flush against the glass was folded under in places. might be it.

I know its not the weatherstripping because I've tried rolling it up and down with the door open and it still makes the sound
