Default Made my own damn vent pods!

Before you say it, I know these are "only" $30 a piece, these cost me $5 and I had some fun with it.
Final version of the pods: 2" PVS, 2 8" long sections. 8 set screws, a drill, and some black paint (I used some model car paint, doesn't leave the spray paint smell)

I have it where it all fits into the pod now, so I can pull it in and out as needed. All in all I'm pretty happy with the end result

Testing the original idea, changed quite a bit!

Sealed unit, so no hot or cold blowing on the gauges although I don't know that they would be affected. That's a head grommet

End Result:

And on a side note, these gauges are like crack. Tested them in my car tonight to make sure everything work OK, played with them for at least 30 minutes!

I don't even have one of those, these will show boost though! I'm really impressed by just how much these things are capable of, it's ridiculous!

Anyone with a pair chime in with some tips/tricks, I need to learn!

I like the sealed unit deal as I dont like when I see condensation around my vent pods and knowing that the back of my gauges probably look the same.

That's what bothered me the most!

And thanks for the compliments guys, who knew you could do so much with PVC?
