When you say 'perfect', do you mean perfect with the car up on a lift and the wheels/axle at full droop (IOW, just hanging there extended fully downward)? Perfect after setting it down but not driving it? Or perfect after having driven it a short distance?

Suspensions generally do not immediately return to their natural ride height after the car has been lifted.

Sticking way out.......?
If the bar is tight and in place and the other tire is in place,
stop driving it now and check the C-clip at the end of the axle.
Jack it up and try to pull the whole wheel out or push it in.
If it moves C-clip!

It's real easy to do what you did if you adjust the panhard bar with the vehicle raised.
As mention, the car sould be sitting on its own weight on its tires, then you can easily adjust the panhard bar to make it centered.

I had everything looked at by a mechanic buddy of mine and we adjusted it again this time using loc-tite. I have driven her for about twenty miles and everything is great. I have noticed now that I have on the loc-tite the back end popping is gone. I am more than happy now haha. Thanks for all the help. Now on to installing the hood pins and hood scoop.

just curious, how do you adjust it with the car not on a lift.
With it lowered is there room enough to get under there and do the adjustment? Or do you have to go to a special place with a pit to climb into and go underneath the car?

My mechanic has a pit I am not sure how you would get underneath the car. I am 6'1 and 180 so I do not see myself fitting under there.

When you jack the car up place jack stands under the axle.

It's very tight but possible (5'-11, 175-ish). Spike a couple of 2 x 10's together for each side and it gets a lot easier. One other thing - forget about using a normal creeper, there isn't that much room to spare so get out the cardboards.
