It's very tight but possible (5'-11, 175-ish). Spike a couple of 2 x 10's together for each side and it gets a lot easier. One other thing - forget about using a normal creeper, there isn't that much room to spare so get out the cardboards.
If anything on the bar was loose, you'd know it every time you went over a bump or rough set of RRX. The adjustment nut on mine loosened up (before I realized I didn't put blue LocTite on it) and it sounded like the back half of the car was gonna break off
My car felt the same exact way, until I put the blue LocTite on the car! I felt like the car was gonna break in half at any minute when driving on some rough roads. It's fixed now! YEAH!
When I changed the Lower Control Arms I nailed a couple of 2 x 4's together. Lifted the car an extra 4 inches. There was just enough room to work. Easy access to the panhard also.
