CORSA
I highly recommend Corsa's... they are nice and docile just driving around, but when you get on it they scream and there is ZERO drone.
Here are a couple of my sound clips...

Corsa's. Absolutely zero drone. With the windows up and the tach under 3k, it sounds absolutely stock. Outside the car, they sound great. Above 3K, they sound awesome. Are they worth the $650+? I don't know... that's for you to decide. IMO, hell yes.

My concern with Corsa's is that they sound more exotic than deep muscle. I've never heard them in person I'm just going by the audio clips I've heard here on the web. By exotic I mean higher pitch (Ferarri like). Maybe I'm wrong?

They're deeper than the youtube audio clips make them out to be, but you're right in that they definitely are not the classic really deep muscle sound. BUT, the deeper the exhaust note, the more drone. So you have to decide if you want the deep sound or if you want no drone.

My exhaust saga:
1. SLP Loudmouths AB - minimal drone at 2200 rpm
2. SLP Loudmouths AB + Pypes O/R X pipe - crazy loud! major popping drone at 3000 rpm
3. Stock AB and Pypes O/R X pipe - raspy, no drone
4. Pypes Mid Muffler system + Pypes O/R X pipe - nice sounding, slight drone at 2200-2500 rpm after break in
5. Pypes O/R X pipe + Corsa AB - super loud! no drone
6. Kooks LTs + catted X pipe + Corsa AB - pure sex, no drone.

Well, unfortunately, nothing sounds like Flow Masters on a 351. So you have to take the good with the bad. I have Ford GTA's. I really got them because the tips look better then stock. I originally had the Ford Stingers. Those tips were the best, but the drone was maddening! First I chalked it up to being "old", but then I realized it was plain old resonance that was hitting the wrong frequency. 5.0 old school dudes complain that the GTA's aren't loud enough. I find that when I show her the whip, the GTA's and the 4.6 scream a violent performance sound. Not to mention that the GTA's are reasonable.
