Default Anyone with Pypes Mid Muffler with different tips

I just installed the Pypes Mid Muffler system. I really don't care for the tips. Has anyone tried the mid mufflers with SLP loudmouth or boomtubes? If so, how did it change the sound? I have Kooks LTs and high flow catts too.

Tombstang just has SLP LM's and M80's welded in, I asked him about that setup a long time ago when I changed my exhaust. My, along with other people's, Pypes tips turn brown from ehat. It looks like **** and I need to change it. When I get around to buying long tubes I will order the SLP 4" tips (gorgeous) and have the whole system welded front to back.

or you ever try cleaning them. i use SS polish at least every 2 weeks, or if it's not 2 bad just use WD40 and wipe them off. the polish gets all the crap off worked great on the boomtubes too.

Think I might stick with the Pypes tips. I don't car for the raspy sound when you rev the engine. Thanks for the sound clips.
