How often do you have to grease the poly bushing style LCA's and panhard bar. Looking at the BMR's and trying to decide between the bushings or spending the extra and getting the rod ends. If the bushings are going to be a pain and i have to grease them every 2 weeks i'll go with the rod ends. Thanks for the help.

i have bmr's lca's with poly bushings and i believe you grease them 500 miles after install, then after that, something like every 3000 miles

BMR suspension part fittings are recommended to be greased every 3,000 miles, and each fitting is not to exceed 3-4 pumps.

I actually think my BMR instructions said every other oil change, but I don't remember if I still have those laying around. In any case, you don't grease them often.

They shouldn't need grease very often. The type of grease used is water proof and sticky as hell, so it's not going to wash off.

I like the J&M extreme joint lca's. I thought about rod ends, but didn't like the idea of a completely metal joint. How long do rod ends typically last? I figured on my rough roads, they would wear out pretty fast.

I am with you, when I looked over the instructions for all of my BMR parts all it said was not to exceed 3-4 pumps per fitting. I called BMR to get a greasing interval and they said every 3,000. I personally think you can go longer than 3,000 but what do I know .
