The owners manual is chocked full of good info about your Mustang.
Keep a copy by the morning depository station (toilet) for infomative reading.

Well have no fear....I have health insurance. So with that said....all I was woundering if it could be turned off, I do wear it while driving on the road, but there are times when I am at the track or something like that and would like it off.

Sorry guys. I have energy around this not simply because not wearing your seatbelt is irresponsible but because I know 1 guy I used to work with who has a 17 y/o son paralyzed in an accident when thrown from his vehicle and another guy who lost his wife in a head-on. Perhaps you think you'll survive and it'll be ok but you're not thinking of the pain you'll inflict on your loved ones.

Ok, off my soap box for the moment.

since youve already been preached to death, i can answer your question for you:

    1) Car off, all belts unbuckled, parking brake on
    2) Turn key to on position. you will see seat belt warning light light up red
    3) After 1 min, light will go off, now you must buckle and then unbuckle seatbelt you want to disable warning for 9 times exactly and finish doing this within 50 seconds of the light going off
    4) Airbag light will go on for 3 seconds or so
    5) After it goes off, buckle then unbuckle seatbelt again 1 time
    6) Light will flash, seatbelt warning disabled.

dirty hippie, dude you made me lol at work man people now know i wasn't doing work haha.
But seriously, dude if you dont wear it anywhere at least do it at the track. I have a moron friend that has some kind of hate for seatbelts… to say the least he has also been in wrecks and proven to be an idiot.

If everyone who had health insurance didn't wear their seatbelt and had an accident. Who do you think would pay for it? Rates go up, Everybody who has insurance pays for it. Try living in an area where flood insurance is a requirement. Insurance companies are PITA's
