DAMN!! I haven't looked inside mine but I know the outside of mine is rusting up pretty bad and it is only about 1 1/2 years old.

The same rattle is happening with my FRPP exhaust. I have no idea what's causing it though.

Flowmaster warrantied mine no problem, just had to have brenspeed get me a copy of my receipt. I keep every receipt but somehow not that one.
Soon as I got the new ones I put them in the classifieds.

Flowmaster quality is sh#t...
They sound great on a pushrod though.
I have a set on my old Cougar and they're not rusted out or anything.
Guess I got lucky...

Default flowmasters coming loose
I had that problem with my 02 Mustang.
I puchased the cat back system and after a week it was loose so I took it to the muffler shop and they took the clamps off and welded the joints. Never had a problem since.
