I don't have any clue what it could be, but if you figure it out please let me know! I hate the noise the turn signal makes, its way too loud and very annoying.

If you didn't do anything to inadvertently cause this, I would take it to the dealer as a warranty job. It shouldn't just "turn off."

This is a problem?

Honestly the less chimes and tick tock noises my car makes the happier I get.

My car is bone stock and i read around the internet, saying that it is most likely a instrumental panel defect since all the chimes/ding/tick tocks come from the panel. and thank you "thedrod" your zip file helped me, that zip file also says that inoperative chimes altogether is a instrumental cluster panel defect. i guess i will call the dealer. i still have a warranty. thank you everyone and if you guys have anything else or ideas that i can try personally before i take it to dealer it will be greatly appreciated. thank you all again.

What's funny about your situation is that lots of people around here would love to be in your shoes. Many around here hate the loud blinker.
