Default MGW install help ASAP!!!!!!!!

Probably a stupid question, but here goes......

Adjusting the throw, you start with the lever tightened fully clockwise. A maximum of 12 turns counter clocowise is allowable for the shortest throw. Is this 12 FULL turns? Half turns? I'm assuming 12 FULL turns, since the arrow on the shifter must point to driver side for install. I just want to be on the safe side and not turn it out too much and throw $300 down the drain.

Thanks
mike

BTW, EASE of install of the MGW.............EPIC FAIL!!!!!

B&M shifter was a breeze. This MGW better be worth it.

For those of you with the MGW, how does it differ from the stock shifter? I can't imagine it being easier so is it clicky or notchy?
