I have an 05 Mustang GT and suddenly my tachometer has stopped working. The needle in pointing down but still moves a little. Has anyone dealt with this? Or can someone point me in the right direction to fix the problem? I hate to pay someone for a fuse or a loose wire but the owners manual has no troublshooting guides.

 

the motor in the cluster went bad, i have the same issue if you go to ford they can get u one for 8 bucks and you can solder it in. or ship it to a guy on ebay for 140.
