Both seems a bit overpriced for being used and in a bad economy.
Get the GT CS if you can talk it down to 21k

Hey Grinder,
I'm in the same boat as you bro, I've been constantly looking for a 05+ mustang GT 5-spd since the beginning of this year...And I have been doing so much research on these cars it is not even funny...seriously, all I do is research S197's and college; but I still feel as if I have not even scratched the surface.
I will tell you one thing though, READ THESE BOARDS, these guys have an infinite amount of knowledge about these cars; and if you have ANY questions/curiousities, than just search these forums and you WILL find your answer.
And some of the most helpful things I have learned from these guys:
-Be very patient, there will always be mustangs for sell; so don't get your mind set on a certain mustang...WALK if you think anything is fishy!
-Research, research, research...the more you know about the car, the better chance you have of spotting problems with the car AND negotiating the price.
-Do not let the dealership play games with you(as above, if you know your ****, they won't be able to play games w/ you)...
-Read everything you sign, whatch out for the "fine print"
-Don't "believe" everything they say...I.E. If they say that it has a 3/3000mi warranty, hasn't been in a wreck, etc. make sure that it is true...If they say it comes with a warranty, than make sure they sign something before you buy or sign anything.
-IMO, try to "seperate" the dealership from the equation...For example, don't look at the price that they are trying to sell it for...look over the mustang, test drive it, etc. and give them a price in which YOU think its worth...If they take it, great! If not, just walk and wait/look for the next one...I promise you, there will be another one
^^^Sorry for the rant, I'm sure you already know stuff like this. This is just a small fraction of what I have learned from these guys, experience, research, etc. And just trying to be helpful.
Anyways, I know what your going through, and it can be frusterating at times; but imo...I like learning about them. But I gotta run, just thought I would throw this out there real quick...And IMO, those cars that you have mentioned, seem overpriced IMO....Those prices are what THEY want and think they can sale them for...So try not to put too much ephasis on that number; stick to your guns man And good luck! (I'll try to post more later, but I got to run)
Peace bro,

The CS/GT looks nice, but IMO I think it's priced a bit too high, if you can get it under $22,000 that would be a nice deal. There is so many good deals out there, if your patient and at the right place at the right time. Good Luck.

use craigshelper.com and search like 500 miles around you for one.
My 07 gt was on craigslist for 8k. one problem with it is 33k miles and a few dents and scratches. You wont find a deal that good unless your very lucky, but you can find some nice deals.
