Default Is there any difference?

Well, when i go to look for some aftermarket parts on various websites like americanmuscle, kennebell etc. and i have to narrow down my car type, would i consider myself a '2008 mustang GT'..i know some of you are probably going to give me the, duh..but some sites just get technical on which kind of car you have before they show parts..just makin sure before i go on a mod search..thanks for any responses

I guess since you're essentially sporting a GT drivetrain, then the GT would be my option of choice. However you just have to remember that a few things are different Air Intake, Tune, and small suspension variations.

Appearance mod wise, grilles, chin spoilers, skirts, etc, you'd be a GT. Especially the front end. There are pieces that will only fit on the V6 front end that won't fit on the GT, and vise-versa.

The only other difference not mentioned would be your gear ratio. Some GT's have 3:31 while yours does not.

Basically you are a Mustang GT however with the Bullitt package you should find out all and any differences between the two... ie. like your rear end diff which I believe is 3:73. Cosmetics don't really matter much.
