JUST got the loan!
Well, I'll be buying my Mustang next week! I just got my loan approved by Capital One Auto Finance and will soon (after I shop around and see if the dealers in my area have the car I want) be driving my FIRST brand-new car: A Ford Mustang V6 in Mineral Grey. I, unfortunately, did not get approved for an amount big enough to get the GT, but in a few years once my income skyrockets and my credit rating is 800 I'll get myself a 2009 GT.

Congratulations and good luck with the shopping.
Hope you got a descent rate from those buttheads. They sent me a letter a couple of days ago saying they would gladly approve me for a $30k auto loan.....at freaking 10%! Pretty nice of them. Thank gawd I didn't need them to buy my vehicle

Well, for my credit (which is low due to a few sucky circumstances that forced me to move home) I got an okay (not great) rate: 8 percent. Not too bad for someone that was never able to get approved elsewhere before.
