No way. LM are not even close to Boomtubes. Boomtubes give a deeper and smoother sound that has a big block similarity. The LM have a more out of controlled sound and rarely sound good unless you have certain other components to go along with them.

Wait for the booms. They're worth it. I can promise that.

LoudMouths sound AWESOME with the stock setup. NO RASP WHATSOEVER! I've had them on since October and have put 5500 miles on the car with them. I love my LM's and I wouldn't have chosen any other axle-back.

I have a video of the SLP's in my sig just after I put them on the car. Check it out in high quality!

IMO the boomtubes sound noticeably better on a stock setup. Deeper and smoother sounding vs. the loudmouths. The baffles in the boomtubes do make a difference.

I definitely agree. I have heard both on near stock cars and like the sound of the Boomtubes much better. Just my opinion though.

I know you mean Brenspeed, but you might wanna change the BS.com in the title. Brenspeed guys are awesome and the exact opposite of BS.
