Never had a problem adjusting them. I assuming you can't turn it either way, so you may have a bad one.

I have the same problem.

Mine turn but no resistance so I know they are not adjusting anything. Haven't found a fix yet.

The rear shocks are fine.

The question is did they ever turn to begin with, you didn't put an impact gun on the top when installing did you?

They don't offer resistance while adjusting to loose. It's the same tension from 1/2 turn to 7.5 turns. I only felt resistance when I went to full tight.

Try tightening them up and see what happens.

I tried going full tight to see if it stops but it doesn't!

They were installed by the ford dealership here (biggest mistake, I know!).

If they happened to use an impact gun, would they have broken something?
Can I still take it off and put it back on and it would still work?

But I can adjust the rear shocks just fine, wouldn't they have used an impact gun on that too?
