Default Help with bleeding clutch.

Hey I'm changing out my clutch master cylinder this week due to problems shifting at 7k rpms. Anyone ever done this? I'm sure I'll be able to figure out how to change the clutch master cylinder but I've heard many different ways of bleeding the clutch afterwards. I need some help on this job so my car isn't deadlined when I try to go to the track next weekend and make my first 10 second pass. Thanks for the help.
