Default Help! Header stud stuck!

So I am installing my JBA shorty headers right now. I installed the passenger side yesterday and everything went fine. Now I am doing the driver's side and some of the nuts came off and left the studs. Some of the studs came out, but two are stuck. When I tried to remove them with a 5mm socket, the heads rounded off on them and now I can not grip them. What can I do to get these stupid studs out?

vise grips, put penetrating oil on them and let them sit for a little while, then work them back and forth till they are loose.

Did you double nut the studs to remove em? Anyways sears sells a stud/bolt remover. They are very easy to use, you just hammer it ontop of the stud or bolt and use a wrench.

If you have clearance, cam style stud removers work well

I tried using a ton of pb blaster and vise grips, but i can't get the stud to turn. Can someone explain the double nut method? I tried to put two nuts on and tighten them together then loosen the furthest one, but the nuts have flanges on them so i cant get a wrench on both nuts at the same time. Where can I get one of these cam stud removers?

Keep applying the PB Blaster. Wait 10 mins and apply again. I had 2 stuck also and after about 35 mins I was able to get them out with vice grips and serious patience.
