yeah all my research has shown the cost of heads alone are near the price of a forced induction, but none the less, good to know what we can make for power.

and the cluster swap, any way to change to boost gauge to what ever the stock one is in that spot and like buy a face gauge and do some doctor work on it so it has the right displays and functions?

You possibility could, but I don't have first hand experience on this though :/

another question came to me for people who have done this swap... like i said, i have a 2005, with out tire pressure sensors... whill it have a constant dash light on? or will i jsut need the TPS's installed in my tires and have it work?

450 at the crank is probably reachable, but Legion is right that it is at the upper end of what these small displacement motors are capable of. I am running just shy of 400 at the crank now, and I think that I can probably get north of 410 without doing the heads, but we will have to see. With all of the costs associated with building a bolt on 400+ HP motor, I would just order a long block from Rick at Livernois or John at BBR and be done with it LOL. If expense is an issue...go FI
