You can also run 1" with 305 tires and use a 1" spacer from www.mustangwheelspacers.com

I was going to say HRE or IForged will make you custom sizes, but mellow beat me to it.

Also check out ZEforged, heres some examples with mustangs and custom made 3 pc forged wheels. they look great

yeah i would probably go with hre or iforged but i have no clue what kind of offset/back space i need to run in order for it to fit properly

Lucky SOB...I was between that APR kit and the Cervini kit for my car. I wanna see some pics when it's all done. Can't help you on the rims though which is one of the things that pushed me more towards Cervini.
