Default rattle?

So ive been reading for the last week or so trying to figure out what this rattle is on my car at around 2500-3000 rpm's when the car is first started up cold. After it warms up it goes away. I have heard about a tsb for exhaust hangers, my car still has them on, and it seems that most people ended up having a spacer on their bell housing modified. How do i know which one my problem is they both sound like the same symptoms. It sounds as if the rattle is coming from the back of the car but it is hard to tell. Also my car is not under warranty but the ford dealership said they would fix it for free if it was a recall so do tsb's count? and does anyone know if there is a tsb for the bellhousing spacer? ive seen some people say that there is one for it now but have not been able to find anything i can print out to take to the dealership, i did find the tsb for the exhaust hangers but id rather not have the hangers taken off if that is not the problem. Thanks for your help hopefully i can get this problem taken care of!

well just got off the phone with ford they said i will have to pay for the repair, any idea how much it will cost if this is the problem? they would not even give me any guesses on prices on the tsb without bringing the car in to have it looked at.
