Default LCA?

Can someone give me the exact distance between the mounting holes (centerline to centerline) for the stock LCA?

I hear that quite a bit. I'm not sure if people are saying that because it's a Ford part, or because they believe they will save some money. But, the bushings are the same part number as the GT. Only the arm itself is actually different (stronger by 30%). So it really does little to nothing to improve wheel hop.

Check out J&M. They're very reasonable, super quiet, and have served me very well. They have a unique bushing style that makes them quiet, but strong.

Maximum Motorsports are always a good choice for any suspension component. Steeda is fine. I've had my problems with BMR, so I tend to stay away from them if I can help it now a days. I still have some of their parts on my car, but my driveshaft loop hit the shift and bushings blew out after very little use on my LCAs.

^^ huh, i have bmr lcas and haven't had any problems yet, even though i've only put 600-1000 miles on them so far; upgraded lcas are definitely worth the money.

Myself and many others have had blown bushings on the BMR LCA's. I had about 1k miles on mine when they blew out.

BMR says they had a bad batch of bushings, but some of these sets of LCA's were bought years apart.

+1...I've had all my BMR parts on for over 6 months and no issues.

I'm sure there's many people out there that have had no problem. I personally know of at least 20 people that have. And I'm sure there's many more of those as well.

When I first started putting BMR stuff on my car, I recommended it to everyone. But after my issues, I can't say I recommend them, and when I see someone trying to make a decision, I'm going to recommend products that have been good to me and others. I've never heard one complaint on J&M, which is why I know recommend them.

Pictures don't lie. Again, 1000 miles on these.

hopefully the issue bmr had has been resolved. what happened when they blew (i.e. what did it feel like when they went out)?
