+1 on the conversion. changes the look of the car completely. price depends on where you go. you pay for what you get though so remember that.

Thats really the only thing needed to be painted is the front bumper correct?

EDIT: Well I got a quote for the bumper assembly, rear GT500 wing (had it at his shop for a month), and install for around 650 or so. Sounds like a good deal to me..

So parts, not including hood, around 1300 + 200 for shipping + 650 for paint is around 1700 or so for everything. Wish I could get the hood to, but I don't want to be too much like a GT500 (don't want to pose as one).

 

correct. Prepping/painting the front bumper cover should only cost you around $350...maybe alittle more if you decide to have the small tag indentions filled on the front of it like I did. Georgia doesn't require a front plate, so I had the front of the bumper smoothed out.

 

+1 on the $350. Exactly what they charged me for my bumper to be painted. I installed it my self at the paint shop. hood was $ 500 prep and paint. tax and all took me to $ 901 for the paint.. lol @ 1 dollar.
But like everyone said, do it, you will love to attention your stang will get.

Well, this sucks...

Cause I have HIDs I have to get the HID lamps, which include the ballasts

So it will be around 700-800 per headlamp... *sigh*

Well I guess I can sell the ballasts on the classifieds and make some money back since they are OE ford...I dunno though...
