Default My new trunk setup.

Well, I was unhappy with the previous trunk setup that was put in the car, and I have always wanted to mess around with my own trunk enclosure, so I figure now would be a good time. Took a little while to do, but Im pretty happy with how it turned out. Everything was done by me, including the carpeting and etching the glass. The center floor piece lifts up so I can get to the amps and tune them. Before you say anything, a spare tire wont work on my car anyways. That being said, what do you think?

I just got made a mask, laid it over the glass, and used my blast cabinet going over the glass reeeal slowly until it was nice and even. If you hold it for too long, the glass will break. Luckily I got it right on the first shot. haha

As far as wattage, the sub is RATED at 1000 RMS, and the Memphis amp Im using pushes around 500. Obviously this is all RATED watts, not actual wattage, but to be honest, I dont even care. The whole system sounds incredible and has a very nice blend of bass, mid, and highs. Ive never been a big fan of throwing TONS of bass in the trunk and thats all you hear when you listen to your radio. lol

The old trunk setup was horrible, I dont know if I took any pics of it before it got torn apart, but if I can find some, Ill post them.
