FYI and this is just my opinion...

You may get more of the blue tint you're looking for but you also get LESS useable light. And in poor conditions in the dark, you might even wonder if your lights are on. I went from the stock 3500K (or 3800K) bulbs on my SUV to 5000K and ended up going back to the stock bulb for the low beams and 4100K for the high beams. ALL my fogs are 2500K. On my Stang, my hi and lo's are 4000K and I'm quite happy with them. I was VERY surprised that the 5000K looked so poor in a nightime drizzle.

It's possible you younger guys aren't bothered as much but you WILL lose useable light, like it or not. Just don't trade safety for "cool".

8K is gonna give you what you're looking for, I love my set-up but, Nuke is right...In Rainy conditions, they aren't nearly as bright as when conditions are fair...

Hope these'll help...

If you want a hint of blue get the 6000K. If you want a lot of blue get 8 or 10k. Good choice going with the Retro-Solutions. Use the group buy link.

I went with 5000K for headlights and fogs. Should be nice and white. No yellow.

+1 for 5000k. OP you probably want to get the 6000k or 8000k though, as you want blue. The 5000k kit from retro solutions is really nice, looks factory and matches all those lexus / merc's you see

I always thought those cars had a blueish tint to them which is why I went with 6000k. 5000k had no blue, just pure white, maybe a hint of yellow.
