Default P0135 How do I fix?

P0135 Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Heater circuit fault - Bank No. 1.

Just installed Kooks LT's and off-road H. Got a new tune from bama.

About 5 minutes after I started it I got the CEL with this code.

If its a problem with the tune would I get another code for the other o2 sensor?

The exhaust smells rich and it runs a little ruff when slowly accelerating, but it seems fine at WOT

Thanks,

Adam

Did you install the headers, or did you have someone else do them? Are you sure you connected the electrical connections for both 02 sensors? Did you accidentally use a rear 02 sensor in the place of a front one? Make sure the 2 02 sensors you have left over are the same color. I think the upstreams are green and the downstreams are blue... but i may have those mixed up.
