Sucks got some new tunes and now gotta find a friend w/ 32bit xp
Have a fairly new comp w/ 64 bit vista (which most new comps have) and tried to load sct's updated software and it wont install. Called tech suppoirt and they say sorry we dont support it. I know vista can be a bitch to program for but dumbass move by sct. If I ever need to get a new tuner will prob go w/ diablo

I don't have the "updated" version but I loaded SCT's software about six or eight months back and it worked for me under Vista 64 ultimate.

it seems like the 64 bit vista is very touchy on a lot of things, so looking for a computer with xp is a good idea

64bit XP is an even bigger PITA. It's not so much a Vista issue as it is a 64bit support issue.

I've run it as an administrator in xp sp2 compatibility mode and have the user account thing turned off, still wont install

+1 Some developers still don't choose to support 64bit, though most 32bit applications run just fine on 64bit. Vista isn't the problem (nor is it with many things, but that's a different story, lol); I've used SCT's software on a 32bit Vista PC I have and it all worked just fine.
