Strut bar with plenum cover or without?

Default Strut bar with plenum cover or without?
What strut bars fit with the cover or should I just get rid of it? I saw a Steeda Billet bar fit but it's kinda pricey at $320.

near every new one will fit, since the covers become so popular all STB seem to now fit
