I have the MRT set and they use the stock mounting holes.

I have the NXT ones and they bolt right up, really nice fit and you can even get them to match your body color.

I have the Steeda ones. They use the factory mounting locations. Very easy install.

I have redline tuning stainless steel struts, gt 500 hood, did require drilling but they work perfectly. If you look on their website you will see that a lot of other systems do not raise the hood without some manual assistance. With these guys the hood just slowly raises itself. They look stock as well, not like some weird erector set contraption.
