I can imagine you need to remove and replace many parts. You are probably going to have to get to the screens in the front and rear wheel well. I also think there are screws all underneath the rocker panel and then it should lift off. Any time I am not sure how to take something off I take off all the bolts I can find and then see if it comes off. Check where its still attached after you take those off and go from there. Good luck!

Remove the two center push pins in the front fender well.
Pull out the 8-9 christmas tree style pins on the bottom side of the rocker panel.
Pull straight out on rocker. 8-9 white twin tab pins are a little hard.
Reverse order for install.
If you need any of the white twin tab retainers Ford hoses you.
The christmas tree style is 1.5" min X .25 diameter

Yep.

For the christmas tree ones (the black ones along the bottom of the rocker) I used needle nose pliers to get them started and away from the rocker a little bit, then gripped onto them better with some bigger pliers and basically just wiggled them around and back and forth while pulling downward on them and they come out of there fairly easy.

They pop out pretty suddenly once you get them started and I was working on a concrete driveway so I ended up with a few nice scrapes and cuts on my hands, so you might want to consider gloves or putting a rag down or whatever if you're on a rough surface.

Once you get those out (and the two clips at the front end that VWILLO mentioned) you can pull down on the rocker a bit and you'll see the white clips. Some of these pop out just by pulling on the rocker panel, but for the stubborn ones I just used the needle nose pliers to squeeze the end clips which hold them onto the car and then they pop out easily as well. (Using pliers to squeeze the clips also helps prevent them from breaking so you can re-use them easily without any trouble.)

It sounds weird but you'll see what I mean when you get going.

Those are the christmas tree clips you'll need. Some of the ones you take out can probably be re-used, but some of them will likely be too damaged so you will need some new ones.

Tools you'll need:
- Needle nose pliers
- Regular pliers
- Some new clips

Putting the new rockers on is really easy. Everything just pops back into place and away you go!
