Default guages and pillar post mount

Hello Group,
I posted this question on the General Tech section about 5 days back, but I have only had 1 reply. It was a positive reply, but before I purchase anything I like to hear more about it from others first. So I thought I would post it here, for it seems as though there is more traffic in this section. I have never heard about this company or it's products, so I am trying to find anyone who may have these guages or any other product from them. It is a very good price for the 3 guages and the pillar post mount. I did hear from one fellow "stanger", but I would like to hear more on these as to whether they are good quality or just junk. I am not a "hard-core" track racer, but I do like to have decent equipment on my vehicles. Here is what I wrote to the other section:

Has anyone had any experience with GlowShift guages and their pillar pod? They are offering a unbelievable deal on the pillar pod and three guages of you choice. They come with all mounting hardware and complete installation parts. I have never heard of them before, so I thought I would see if any of you have. They are asking a price of 149.95 for the complete setup. They also have 7 background colors that you can change at will.

Thanks,
Keith

I have not bought them as I dont think they are as accurate as the Autometer gauges....I saw them on Ebay a while back and considered buying them because of price but glad I didn't as they are not what they are cracked up to be IMO....stick with autometer or aeroforce...JMO again

SpeedOfSound makes the best guage pods for fit and OEM finishes/colors.
AutoMeter can be had for the same price as GlowShift.
GlowShift look to much like the guages in the Mattel Barbie Corvete.
Someone might just laugh you off of the parking lot....
